5 Times
Square
Design & Architecture
A fresh take on traditional office space grounds tenants in their surroundings while energizing their work. Its vibrant, welcoming amenities create a seamless balance between work and life—supporting both the nine-to-five and the five-to-nine.
Our team worked with Rockwell Group and RXR to create a cohesive, architecturally integrated system of environmental graphics, wayfinding, and code signage throughout the 32,000 SF amenity floor, enhancing the experience across its fitness center, golf simulators, luxury lounge, bar and restaurant, and grab-and-go space.

Designed to Elevate the Nine-to-Five
The environmental graphics and wayfinding system seamlessly integrate with the architectural language of 5 Times Square, reinforcing its refined materiality and dynamic spatial flow. Designed to echo the curvature and clean lines of the interiors, the signage system embraces subtle contours and sleek detailing that mirror the building’s modern aesthetic. High-quality materials, such as brushed metal, etched glass, and integrated lighting, ensure that every element feels intentional—enhancing the tactile experience while maintaining visual harmony with the surrounding finishes.
Beyond function, the system enhances the overarching tone of the space, creating a refined yet inviting atmosphere that aligns with the building’s vision. Typography, iconography, and color palettes are thoughtfully curated to complement the interior’s contemporary warmth, while strategic placement ensures intuitive navigation without disrupting the architectural rhythm. The result is an experience that feels both effortless and sophisticated, reinforcing 5 Times Square as a workplace that is as inspiring as it is functional.
